Help Identifying Printing of Freak Brothers 1 1 1

I need help determining what printing of the Collected Freak Brothers this is. I can’t put my finger on it. I got this in a collection buy

Not sure what they mean by blue flag?

I guess that this is what they mean by blue flag but this isn't from a third.

Mycomicshop said that the first two printings were incorrectly coloured black so your copy appears to be the second printing.

I know the spare tire and Phineas' sandal treads are key 1st issue differences. There are two versions of the 1st printing, I only really know one of them. The white tire is a giveaway that it is not a first print.

It's a second printing. The lack of screentone on the road excludes this from being a first. The black flag is found on second prints. Combining these with white tire and yellow fire escape eliminates the possibility of it being a later print.
