Is it too late to submit ronin books to get there by February 4th 2022 for the big signing. I was waiting on the window bags I ordered to arrive.

Probably best to post questions like this in either the Ask CGC or Newbie area.

With that, no, you should be able to get books boxed, shipped, and delivered to CGC before the 4th.  I would not wait too long though as USPS can take longer than 3 days, you could overnight it though.  UPS/FedEx are options but also would make sure the estimated leaves wiggle room.
