Need help identifying this Romita piece 1 1

Hi, all:

I've come across this Dr Doom piece by Romita Sr, but I can't place it so I'm reaching out to this well-informed collecting community with the hopes that someone can confirm if/where it was published?

I know Romita did some work for the series, on merchandising and promo posters (even some reworks and finishes on at least one Secret Wars Layton page), but I haven’t found it yet on the pieces I have, and I’m nearly complete with all the toys and merchandise. If it’s Secret Wars, I’d guess it’s either for a poster, or a store merchandise display. I have two displays, one the large top display, and a thin shelf front display, and one does have Romita work, imo, but not this image. I’m not sure if he drew any of the shield winky images, that could be another possibility, I think. If I see it as I go through the toys and kid’s stuff, I’ll update. Good luck!

Did he confirm that this was indeed by Romita as opposed to him just signing the page?

Yes, he said it’s Romita and sold it as such in the past.
