Do graded cards not come back in plastic "bag" coverings?

I'm not really sure what it's called, but I have 4 graded cards that I have purchased through a 3rd party. Two are CGC, one PSA, and one SGC. All of the ones that I've purchased came in a small, clear plastic "bag" covering to protect the hard plastic slab. I recently got two of my own cards graded and they just got delivered today. Neither came in the plastic bag and I'm afraid of the plastic slab getting scratched. I took my first ever CGC card that I bought out of the plastic because I didn't think I'd like it, and now I regret that because the slab is scratched. Since I've experienced this first hand, I'm afraid of my two new cards getting scratched. Especially since I opened them myself from booster packs so I have more of an attachment to them, and they're the best CGC grades I have.

I've attached pictures in case I'm confusing anyone since I'm really not sure what to call the plastic covering that's not the slab. I've also attached a picture of the way my cards came!

Thank you

Hello

Currently, we do not ship graded cards in a polybag.  This is something we may be doing this in the future.
