How did this book get a 9.8? 0

I received this book in the mail today that i bought on ebay. How does CGC grade this book a 9.8? It has a crunch bottom on the on the back cover and a color break crease in the same area!! I can't tell if its been switched out or if its another CGC blunder. Either way, I'm had enough. No more CGC support from me. The company just isn't consistent.

It got 9.8 the same way this one did...through chaos, encapsulation damage, or shaken comic book syndrome after the fact.

Maybe these were damaged in the mail because there is a tiny bit of give still in some of the holders.  But that wouldn't cause a crease probably.
