Full length cover creases, one that goes through the whole book, but.........this book lays very flat. Wear, creases and some flaking down the spine but staples are pretty well attached. Centerfold is well attached. No pieces of chunks missing off the cover. Inside pages are nice and great Watcher story. 3.0 IMO but lets hear more.
