PGM Journey into Mystery #91 4 4

Okay, this JiM #91 has been around the block a few times. What I think you can't see in the scans; off-white to tan pages, a 1" tear bottom left front cover (it starts about a 1/4" up the spine and then goes through the word "concrete," a 1/2" tear middle right edge front cover and a 3/4" tear back cover left edge that turns into a crease. Everything else seems pretty evident in the scans. 

Edit - The staples are intact and secure.

Those larger tears probably keep it from being 2.5, so 2.0.
