its been 9 months and I've not had any updates on my comics and now CGC is ignoring my emails regarding getting an update/help

Good to know it's not just me. I sent about 12 at the same time around 10 months ago. They split them into 2 groups for some reason. I received the first group of 6 at the beginning of January. Still no word on the second set though I have sent around 4 or 5 emails with no response.

I will give them a phone call tomorrow and hopefully have some luck. I think im done using CGC until they get it together more.

I submitted last July 2021.  I submitted 4 as fast-track Economy, 22 as Economy, and 2 for cleaning, pressing, and grading.  I got the fast-track ones back last Sept.  I still haven't gotten the others back.  When I submitted, the current turnaround time had them coming back Dec. 2021.  So now it's April 2022.  It seems they just keep extending their turnaround times, but they should honor the ones they quoted at the time of submission.  If I knew this was going to happen I would not have submitted.  This is really REALLY bad service.

My main problem is I can't see them online once the are there longer than 8 months. It's disorienting, and zapping our customer service team's time. Calling would be to massive for us, it would be almost every day. Hoping programmers will soon extend how long submissions stay in dealer database, since there's no hope for TaT's anytime soon..
