How to find old submission #s? 0

I feel like such a newb, but I can't figure out how to find any submission #s from old submissions.

note: I do not mean the order # (CGC...)

This is the message I get when trying to look up old submissions using the order # ... "Order # not found. Please note that you can only search for submissions older than 8 months by submission number."

Good morning,

Thank you for your message. The submission number is assigned once your order is received and logged into our system.  For submissions older than 8 months, you would need that submission number to search for the information in the submission tracking.  If you don't have that number, you can call or email us and provide the order number and we can look up the submission number for you.  You can reach us at 877-662-6642 or by email at submissions@cgccomics.com.

Good morning,

For invoices older than 8 months, you would have to have the submission number to access any information about that submission.  Unfortunately, you can't see anything on your submission tracking older than 8 months so you would have to contact us to obtain that information for you on those older submissions.  We are working on getting that changed so goin forward there is no time limit on how long invoices stay on your account but we don't yet have a date when that will be updated, unfortunately.  But once that is updated, it will be much easier for the customer to keep track.
