PGM Silver Surfer #18 (1968 Series) The Surfer Fights Alone Against...Inhumans! 4 4

Silver Surfer #18 1968 series. Everything looks pretty clear in the scans. There is a 1/4" indentation below the "F" in "Fights" on the cover. Pages are off-white. The top staple is clean even though the odd staining on the spine around it makes it look otherwise.

If anyone can give me some direction on dirty books and the grade hit that would be great. Specifically, how does that dirty back cover on this issue affect it's grade.

Maybe 4.5-5.0 after C&P.

Looks to me like a 4.0 an example of the average used comic book.. nothing major just a lot of wear and dirt. Cleaning it up could get another half grade
