This group of pages in the middle are still one giant sheet folded up. I have seen pages not cut right but never seen this before.

Agreed, do not cut. It is neither good nor bad as long as you leave them in their natural state.

Exactly.  CGC will note this on the label.  Blue Universal if uncut/untampered and treated as a production defect.

Thanks dude! I definitely wasn’t going to cut them but didn’t want it to drive down the grade when I sent it off. They have been folded inside since it was made probably. Unfolding them causes them to hang out of the top about an inch. It also did not get stapled either. No hole nor rips in pages
