The book is 9.4 range otherwise except for what you see in the bottom right hand corner

Are we looking at a 7.0? 8.0? Any thoughts appreciated!

That's unfortunate.  If I was buying it, I would want the grade to be a 7.0 so that's what I would sell it as.  

I have a Creepy 9 that's in pretty amazing shape but has a chunk off the same corner, but much larger.  And I consider it to be a 5.0.

That doesn't look to be more than 1/8" square, so it would probably still be acceptable in the "Fine" grades.  Given how nice the rest of the book looks, I would think that "Fine +" (6.5) would be a slam dunk, and as my predecessors have assessed, perhaps even a "Fine/Very Fine" (7.0) tag could be applied.
