I have to say The Doctor is the one movie I remember him acting in that I really enjoyed.  RIP, Mr. Hurt.

His best for me was Children of a Lesser God. I was stunned how good it was. 
Body Heat was Basic Instinct only 20 years earlier. 
His Thunderbolt Ross will be missed greatly.

It is a absolute classic noir film that is overlooked because of the sex and nudity.  And it has a great scene with young Mickey Rourke as well.
