Help identifying a pg. 0

Does anyone recognize this? 

My first thought was Conan, but I'm not sure..

Only identifiers are: Says "revised" at the top. It also has the name "Blond 2000" or "Biond 2000" at the bottom. 

Just not sure of the artist's name/title, anything really. Not even sure of it's Conan

There is a colorist named Kevin Senft who goes by the pseudonym Blond.
