Paid Shipping on Packing Slip 0

Hello, 

I paid $81 for USPS on a bulk submission of trading cards which is shown on my packing slip. Is that for insurance? Also how do I get my shipping label? If I have to go to USPS what do I do about insurance since it already states I paid $81?

You're paying for shipping BACK to you after CGC grade your cards and yes it includes insurance. 

You have to pay for shipping to CGC yourself by going to the post office or printing one at home.
