how is ooyama's pikachu centering graded? 1 1

How is the front centering of this card graded? I checked the pop report and there's only 1 graded ooyama's pikachu with 10 centering.

CGC keeps their grading process a big secret. No one knows how they grade centering or anything else.

@CGC Mike oh I meant the card in general not that image specifically. Its because the borders on the front are so wiggly, I heard CGC would just grade the back centering for this card but I wanted to confirm
