Can they be cleaned and pressed out? Please see the below pics. Is it considered restoration? Thanks again to all who reply - you guys are Great!

Pressing is not considered restoration. You will need to do some homework getting all the little corners and bits straightened out before submitting for pressing.

You can unfold yourself as best as possible and then, if pressing or getting pressed, the person (if well experienced) will make sure those are flattened back to normal (or near normal as tiny stress/fold lines may be seen)

As for the dirt, depends what it is. If it can be erased with an eraser and other such tools, sure. If not then it is there to stay

Yes, they can be pressed out nicely.

Yes, they can be dry cleaned but the person handling the book has to be familiar with the process, especially on older pulp paper. Pages can tear easily if manhandled.

No, it is not considered restoration unless the pages are washed or if tears are glued shut.

I once tried a method I read about regarding a technique used to remove tide marks from old books using only water, a paint brush, and paper towels but saw little success.  Didn't make it worse,  but also didn't make much of a noticeable difference.
