New CGC case, you seal it yourself!!   Now if I could just find my trusty old sonic welder hiding in the mess that is my garage!   I think the tape accents the label perfectly!!

What a rare find! Last one I seen sold for $100 on ebay a few months ago. You might be able to get double that in today's market. 

I've only seen this happen 3 other time over the 1.5million+ cards graded through CGC (that's been documented). You should consider yourself lucky and go play the lottery.
