Stand the slab up and gently tap it upwards on the bottom left corner. The micro chamber paper should settle back into the book.

Check and make sure that the CGC case is secure. That happened to my STAR WARS #1. I could see the microchamber paper sticking out the bottom. The book seemed to move around inside the case, and upon closer examination....I realized that the two bottom corners of the case were unsealed. Fortunately for me, the book is at least a 9.6(as labeled), maybe better.
