MAJOR MARVEL MONSTER MANIA! Pedigree Comics' CEO and President, Doug Schmell, purchased a fabulous collection (called the Panhandle Collection) of almost 2,000 ultra high grade CGC certified Bronze Age Marvels in June, 2021 and the 6th/final and best part of the collection (over 400 books) will be featured in his company's upcoming June Grand Auction. The auction is scheduled to begin in just over one (1) week, on the night of Monday, June 6th and last for nine (9) days until the night of Wednesday, June 15th as a separate event on the Pedigree Comics website (www.PedigreeComics.com). There is no Buyers Premium on any of the lots in the auction and EVERY book will be listed with no reserve. Every book is CGC graded and the minimum bid is only $20 for this auction. The focus of this article is the non-superhero runs from the Panhandle Collection; all the Western, horror, monster, supernatural and fantasy titles. This was the collector's favorite genre (beside his beloved Amazing Spider-Man run) and he kept these books in immaculate condition and only bought certified 9.4's and higher. This is by far the best and highest graded part of the collection, with the all books raging from 9.4 to 9.8. (save for a handful in lesser grade that he purchased himself back in the day and got certified). There are more than 400 issues to choose from EVERY possible early to mid 1970's Marvel Western and horror/monster/supernatural title and almost 70 of them are in PERFECT NM/M condition (CGC certified 9.8). 

Many of the books are the highest or single highest graded copy. Again, almost every book is at minimum a CGC certified 9.4 and most have white or off-white to white pages.
