Hm. Good question. It doesn’t bleed through to the other side at all.. and it’s really hard to notice any inconsistencies in the texture of the paper even when in full light. It’s there though. Can we call it a birth mark? Lol

Yeah, you can see it more clearly from the other side of the cover on the picture with only the front cover open.

If it doesn't break ink, then a C&P should get this to a 9.0/9.2...IMO.
