Does a factory mis-cut lower the grade of a book? 0

I have an Avengers issue 93 with a factory mis-cut at the bottom does this lower the possible grade it may get?

Hello! Thank you for your questions! Due to how common this type of mis-cut is, our graders do not downgrade books for having this type of mis-cut. Let us know if you have any other questions.

I've seen grader notes for "Miswrap"  I would think this has been factored into the grade by the grader.

But this not a mis-wrap after the cover had been printed the page went through the cutter too far left a smidge too much on top and cut too much off the bottom the interior is cut correctly also and it's not a trim job which would have shown on the inner pages.
