To do this, please send us an email with the submission numbers you would like to update and the new shipping address.   2. Hello! Currently, the maximum dimensions we accept for items such as this is through our Magazine tier with the dimensions being 11-1/2" tall x 8-7/8" wide x 1/2" thick. Because this is larger than these dimensions we would not be able to encapsulate this program, unfortunately. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Because the declared value you listed is above the value for the High-Value tier, these would need to be submitted through the Unlimited value service.   9. Hello, Thank you for contacting us. Signings by multiple artists for the same book are typically only possible when those artists are doing multi-signing at the same time. We cannot hold a book or submit it for another signing. Getting one book signed by multiple artists that are not signing together requires the book to be resubmitted after completion by each talent and a new submission form issued for the next. However, there may not be adequate time in between signings for this to be possible. I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
  10. Hello @AnkurJ, Rest assured this will not be an issue. FedEx updates these weights when they receive the package and bills our account directly for the package. This will not affect your prepaid shipping fee. Thanks for checking!

  15. Great question @dbcn Unfortunately this is not something we allow for submissions. All books are intended to be placed into their holders from front to back with the binding on the left side. There are some rare occurrences when the reverse is forward in the holder though. In those cases, the owners of the items can return them to us through the Mechanical Error service to be corrected free of charge. Thanks for checking!

    Shipping question

    Hello, If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address can be made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice. Orders can be shipped to any address of your choosing; a place of business or directly to a FedEx location to be held for pickup.  (Note: FedEx has partnered with Walgreens to offer additional pickup locations. The address for the specific location is required). That said, if you can not normally sign for your packages at home, I would suggest using a FedEx location for your initial submission shipping address instead of your home address.     Polybag

    Hello, While you can submit these to us in their sealed polybags, we suggest removing them before submitting them. The reason for this is so you can review the condition of the book ahead of time before submitting it. If you do intend to submit this book as is in its bag, please include a written note mentioning you are approving the removal of this bag from the book. Otherwise, we may have to contact you before this can be processed which will delay the submission in-house.
  20. Hello, Thank you for your patience! Please send a COPY of this COA with the book. If the original is needed we will contact you for this. That said, generally we don't notate these on the labels. There are a few exceptions to this when the artists submit the books to us or when an entire collection is being submitted on behalf of the original owner's estate. That said, if we CAN add this to the label our graders will get this done. Unfortunately we will need the book in hand to review. Regards,

  22. Great question! The posted available custom labels (unless created for a specific event or signing) are available for a minimum of one year after their release. While we do not have a public date of when the new custom labels will be announced yet, rest assured we post about them on our socials, send out emails, and make it known via our news articles when these labels get announced as well as confirm the final date to receive the retired labels.   23. Hello @Evan Haworth, Great question! This pricing should reflect the old pricing according to your account when the order was created. Is rare cases, our automated accounting software will adjust the price automatically to your new rate, but this is not to be expected as the price quoted on the submission form was the agreed upon rate.   24. @Door County Greek, We do not make the signing dates public knowledge until after the event has taken place. This is in case a submission must be postponed because of a signers schedule or if they get sick. After orders have been signed, then the books are processed through a 6-8 week estimated turnaround time in house depending on if they need pressing or not. Thanks for your patience.
