PGM Fantastic Four #15. Low Grade. 3 3

Here's a Fantastic Four #15 for your consideration. It's pretty beat up. 2.0?!? And as far as the writing on the cover and the tape inside front cover I'm not sure where this falls. I'd appreciate some thoughts on it.

Yes, 2.0-2.5 seems about right for the grade imo.

Wish I had a copy. 1.8 to 2.0.

The tape will get a notation on the label but it and the writing will not effect the book's grade.

seen a lot of 2.0s and way wore than this.

2.5 - 3.0 range for me. The book should be cleaned and (spine wear permitting) pressed. Cover is still attached with no missing pieces / corner chips. No way that book grades below a 2.0 (as is).
