Detective Comics #38 CGC NG but opened.

$7,000 shipped, PayPal, Check or Money order

Purchased raw in 2016 and submitted to CGC. 

It came back a Purple NG for:

Restoration includes: piece added to 1st wrap, glue on spine of 1st wrap & centerfold, tear seals to interior. (COVERLESS)

I cracked the slab and put a nice front and back cover (not attached to book) and put the case back together.  Has been sitting on my shelf ever since.

Below is how the book looks now, back in the case, and a couple of interiors before I put it back in the case.  I can take more pictures if needed.

My price is based on Heritage Auctions previous sales. A .5 from the Promise Collection sold for $19,000 and a Blue NG resold an offer to buyer for $9,900.

COVER & PAGES 12 & 15 ARE COLOR COPY. PAGE 5, CENTERFOLD & BACK COVER MARRIED. Panels cut out of page 9, affects atory. (Yup, has a typo!) INCOMPLETE Back cover re-attached with 3 staples after manufacturing.
