Here was my note to Mike upon submitting my grades when I got home from the hospital last night: On 8/3/2022 at 9:13 PM, Axe Elf said: I am basically just turning in numbers so I don't get disqualified from the next contest in case I have to be at the hospital all day again tomorrow. My wife fell on Tuesday and broke her femur, had surgery Tuesday evening, and was battling to get her blood pressure back up today. I'm not sure what tomorrow will bring, but I can't spend a lot of time on this round--and I'm pretty much out of it already anyway. There was a party going on on that book! — what looked like small holes in the front cover, and (I thought) just enough staining on the back cover to push it past the category of pretend-you-don’t-see-it foxing.
