It's unclear; the problems are on the back but you've only showed the front. Can you upload a hi-res pic of the back and take additional pics of the two defects mentioned?

Also, resubmission is risky, what are you hoping for and why?

Nice book..... Can't really do much about the soiling which was probably the bigger hit, plus what are the chances that the book was already pressed after the signing?

Based on the professionally pressed (not by CGC) books I have got back I would hesitate to send anything in until the current issues get straightened out. No idea what new problems will crop up by their handling.
