I returned a slab last week due to a mechanical error.  The order number is CGC4226371705, and it was received at CGC on the morning of 7/28.  Will this item show up on my submission tracking page when it is logged into the system?  If not, how can I get a status of this order?  Thanks.

Hello!

Yes, once the mail has been received and sorted the Mechanical Error submission will be entered into our system like a normal submission. You will receive an email once it has been entered and the submission should show on the submission tracking page. Please allow several days for processing. Thank you for reaching out!
