brand new to CGC and wanted to know the process and submission forms for comics?

Just go to the main CGC site, choose either the Grading or Submission tab.  Lots of instructions and examples throughout.

I’d say as a general rule for everyone who may read this,

if you are interested in a service provided by a company, take a look around the company website first before finding an associated chat forum, creating an account, and asking random internet strangers what to do first.

Just to get to the point of posting in this forum, most of that stuff had to be encountered.  There's a good chance we are being trolled by a recurring persona.
