What is this indy book?

Hey all, I am a long time Marvel/DC collector but I am a total noob when it comes to random indies.

I found this indy book (Debutante Warriors 1) in a collection. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this book? I can’t seem to find anything about it online. Trying to gauge its value (if any).

This forum was helpful to me previously when I found some older Barry Blair comics (prior to Aircel) so I figured I would give it a shot once again.

Thanks!

I have a few indie comics like this from various defunct companies.  They usually don't have any value in the comic market because they were low print runs and usually not the best work.  They are unique though, so who knows.  I'd just hold on to it so you can tell others you bought something that was done by kids. lol

get another copy, send it to Quentin Tarantino or Taika Waititi, and pray that he makes a movie about it.

In 1993, there were literally thousands of new shops that had no idea what they were doing. Mostly run by baseball card dealers, they entered the comic business because thats where the big bucks were.  If you could get  your book into the Diamond previews, you could count on ignorant shop owners to buy a couple of copies of your book.

An friend on Long lsland who had previously exploited the black and white craze  started publishing again around this time. He put out a horrible book, but in two versions. A regular comic for $1.50 and an enhanced version( a hologram sticker added to the original cover ) for a buck more.  While few local shops would carry his stuff, he still managed to sell about 5,000 enhanced copies - two or three per shop. I doubt retailers sold many but he got paid. He tried soliciting a $3.95 double issue but didn't get enough preorders so he left the business.
