Mixed up books 0

I received a submission where 2 books were mixed up in their holders, see attached.  Does anyone know a solution to this?

If I paid for a service, and they clearly mixed something up or made a serious mistake within the process of providing that service,  I personally would go to the company website and see if they have any type of customer service information, perhaps a phone number or email or other contact information so I can contact that company and try to get the issue fixed.

I would call them directly. CGC is pretty good about getting on the phone and resolving issues. You might have to wait, but they will fix the problem.

Contact CGC to return them for proper encapsulation. They should be covering this at no cost to you.
