Hello, 

  I've got books that were submitted or you've received in November last year, but now I can't get any of the information about them. What gives? shouldn't they still be able to view them without having to submitted the invoice #?

Hello,

Thank you for your email. Invoices stay on the main Submission Tracking page for 8 months. After that, you can locate the specific invoice information by entering the submission number in the search bar on the submission tracking page. Please note, if your submission is still with CCS for pressing, it will be listed as "received" and the line items will not appear until it moves to CGC for grading. In the meantime, if you have any questions feel free to let us know.
