Why do you stop listing tracking info at 8 months? 0

Why do you make tracking our orders more difficult after 8 months? I'm having an item pressed, it's going to take more than 8 months to move through your system. Please consider extending the length of time you keep submission tracking info easily available. If you have multiple submissions and have to manually search for them it's a pain in the .

We understand the 8-month period can be frustrating, especially with the new turnaround times being longer than the 8-month period. We are working to resolve the issue; however, there is no timeline for when we will be able to update the system. You can still use the search tool and invoice number to find the submission in the submission tracking feature. Customer Service is always available for status updates as well.
