It appears mid-grade, but they won't like the tanning.

The C&P might help the appearance (I am for this if you are grading), but the preponderance of the defects look like things pressing won't help. Color breaking spine ticks, tears and so forth. I can't tell if you have rust transfer on the interior pages from the staples or just shadows. I am going to say 5.0±0.5. Other than the tanning, the tear on the back cover is going to keep you lower than what the book might look like. I love this book though as I probably expressed when I posted mine here.

C&P won't improve that upper left corner of the front cover, the tanning or the cover detached at the top staple.
