OT RANT: Technology Service Levels

I'm a little frustrated. Last week, my cell phone could not allow for incoming calls, and took four days to address. Now, my ISP (Road Runner) has had my mail down for at least 2 days. Just look at all of the issues here.

 

Anyone else have technology issues like this on a regular basis?
