A silver age classic UK price variant from the Ian Penman Collection, Strange Tales #158.

Noting that crease on the cover assume this will top out around 4.0 thru 6.0, but wanted thoughts from the team here. 

Again, will be cleaned and pressed prior to submission.

It wins a fine minus (5.5) from me, largely on account of the crease. Otherwise a 6.0

I'm going with 4.5 since it would be consistent with what I got for a similarly intense crease on a book I got back recently. Could get to 5.0 if the grader had a slightly different standards.
