Charged for someone else’s order 0

Hi CGC,

I was charged for someone else’s invoice back in May 2022 for $132. I discovered this charge on my next credit card billing statement and called CGC on 6/8/22 with my info to clear up the confusion. I was told a refund would be processed right away and I should be credited within a few weeks. It’s been almost 3 months.

i was told the $132 was for 5 modern books that I did not submit
