Who/how do I contact CGC to have them fix a mistake??

I submitted two comics through Carnivore Comics to have them signed by Peach Momoko and then have CGC grade them but the two comics came back with the labels swapped. The Trade variant had the Virgin label and the Virgin Variant had the Trade label. Not to mention they were both fairly damaged in shipping. I don't think the corners were package well enough tbh.

Hello

Go to the online submission form and select ME.  A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you.  Be sure to mention the labels were switched.  The books will be reholdered, and sent back to you at our expense.

The company also has a website.

on that company website they have contact info for customer service. They have phone and email info
