It's really a jump ball up at the top of the chart. Usually one grader has pulled ahead by now. Crazy.

Here are the key measures of central tendency for Round 3 (Mean = the average grade; Median = the middle grade in a numerically rank-ordered list; Mode = the most common grade):

Book CGC Grade Distribution Statistics

7 6.5 5.8 6.0 6.5

And here are a few notable observations based on the data reported above:

  • Book #6 (Out Of The Shadows #9):  12 bullseyes (35%).  Collectively, the players nailed it!  (4.0 vs 4.0).  (worship)
  • Book #7 (Police Against Crime #2):  11 bullseyes (32%).  Collectively, the players were about one and a half grade increments more critical than CGC (5.8 vs 6.5).

A strong performance on two more interesting mid-grade examples!  (thumbsu
