Slab scratching

Hello:

Has anyone noticed that more of the slabs are coming back with scuffing and/or scratches on the front side? It appears to always be in the same spot. Is there a reason why this keeps occurring? It takes away the nice appeal of the slabs. I think it would be a good idea to bring to CGC’s attention. My last return had this scuffing, and Ruxin34 had a recent CGC return and all of his slabs had the scratches in the front. Any feedback would be appreciated!

If you contact customer service with an e-mail, they will give you an order number and you can return them and they will re-slab them. They pay the shipping both ways. I've been submitting for a year and had it happen only once on 4 slabs. The process was pain free and the slabs were returned fairly quickly.
