Question about submitting signed books from another grading company 0

So I got Amazing Spider 300 for my birthday.  However, it was graded by CBCS and I guess their version of signature series, it has a yellow label on it.   I prefer to have this graded by CGC.  Wondering, if I submitted this book to CGC will it fall under their signature series despite another grading company placing it under theirs, or will it get placed under the CGC green label because a CGC rep did not witness the signing?

Green (or blue). You said best, CGC did not witness it so it will never get a yellow.
