No need to do anything. Just pack it securely and fill out the paperwork properly.

I wouldn't say you don't need to do anything (aside from pack and paperwork)

Sig Series events do have requirements one important one being labeling the box you package/send with the artist's initials 

I would start by pulling up the event announcement page and follow the submission instructions as well as those you get when you print the docs after filling out the online form

from there you can follow up with the board or customer service with anything that may be unclear

 

another thing to keep in mind, you may also want to send your own window bag with the book so they can use when they crack it out if there is a specific spot you want the sig to be on the book 

you'll likely have to approximate since the window bag would be from eyeballing where the area is on the slabbed book
