Rare and Hard To Find Boondock Saints CGC 9.8 signed by Flanery & Reedus 0

I’m stumped on finding a reasonably close comparable sold copy of this book so I’m going to shoot for the moon and ask $750 shipped and insured for this beautiful signed copy of Boondock Saints In Nomine Patris issue two.  
 

No returns on CGC graded books.  Willing to listen to offers but  in the thread trumps any and all ongoing negotiations.

 

payment via PayPal accepted and encouraged.  Will also take other forms of payment if buyer prefers.  

 

Payment plan available but requires 10% non refundable down and 30% due every thirty days until paid off.  Cancel the deal at any time before final payment is made but 10% will be kept as a financing/restocking fee.
