54$ to ship a 15$ Shipping kit, is this real?

Hey I signed up for the associate member for 25$ And got a 15$ credit, which I used for a 15$ shipping kit. They gave me an option for free shipping. I received another email saying I need to pay 54 $ for shipping or order will be cancelled. Is this real haha?

Hello Atron,

Thank you for your email. The shipping fee is free unless the customer is an international customer. This is because the shipping fees are vastly higher for international shipments. I am sorry for this negative experience. Let us know if you have any other questions.
