Pics are nice

always difficult for me to determine high grade from pics but I feel you have a 9.6/9.8 candidate

Upper left back area in the blue may have some very minor color loss. Sadly CGC seems to put more weight on tiny amount of color loss than on many other of what I consider far more serious defects. If it is color loss, 9.6 is likley the threshold.
