revat Posted September 21, 2022 Share Posted September 21, 2022 there's a signature room subforum here on the boards, you should dig around there for more info. and generally with a guest as famous as Kevin Eastman, I personally would contact CGC directly (email or phone) to ask about the specific procedures of getting a book witnessed by CGC at that specific convention for that specific guest.
