What are these marks on my UF #4 CGC 9.8? 0

I just purchased UF 4 CGC 9.8 and it has all these marks on it. It's not on the casing, but I think it might be on the plastic underneath the case? Does this affect value of the comic? I did pay market price for this.

A few options:

i. Return it to the seller

ii. Get it reholded from CGC

iii. Ignore it, it's a common CGC mark 

 

What do I do? :/

This is scuffing inside of the outer well. Conjecture is that it prevents Newton Rings, by preventing the plastics touching. I would either keep it, or return to seller if they bother you that much.

Thanks. So CGC does not offer a reholding service that would fix this? Is there any reason not to opt for that given how minor the cost would be compared to my investment?

You could try to send it in to CGC as a "Mechanical Error", but there's no guarantee that the next slab will be perfect.

Return it to the seller and advise him he should find a better company to slab his books. One where quality isn't Job 1066.
