Just bought this copy off of eBay for a good deal. Main problem is the stain. I plan to have it cleaned and pressed by my guy so we’ll see how it comes out after that. Just curious what you all think before that how it looks. Just keep in mind can’t take a picture of the inside of the front cover yet as it’s still on the way to me. Plan to update this post with interior pictures when I get it in a couple days.

I'd be a little worried submitting to CGC. I sent in book with a much smaller stain on the bottom edge of the back cover and a small spot on the front that was almost hidden in the title lettering. It was otherwise high grade (no creases, tears, etc.), and it came back 5.5. I have my doubts this can be cleaned well. I'll say 5.0±0.5, but I'd call it a gamble. It could easily come back 4.0/4.5 with such a prominent stain based on their current standards.

Let us know if the moisture damage affects the interior wraps.  I'll wait on my grade estimate.
