I think it could eke out a 3.0. (Although 2.5 is a surer bet.)

Definitely in the 2.5 camp. I don't see the 3.0 with the staining. The front cover looks at least a grade or 2 higher, but the back is a problem.

3.0 possibly only because while there's significant defects on the front cover, the book's major flaws are on the back cover. And CGC loves this book, IMO. The stains permeating through the interior pages might be the determining factor though.
