I see some indentions on the front cover that probably would be improved by pressing, the spine ticks break color & there are several, so that creates a grade ceiling. C&P+grading is running around $45, then shipping. This is one where unless the FMV explodes (rn in this grade it's ~$80), you'd break even buying already graded at the level you want.
